About Paladin

Paladin Managed Solutions was started in 2016 by Donny Mihalevich. As a former Microsoft and Cisco Network Engineer, Donny has worked in the office equipment industry for both local and global office equipment manufacturers since 1998. During this time in the industry, he was primarily focused on designing custom solution integrations for office equipment and document workflow for every size business, from small office to Fortune 500 and state governments. Paladin consists of an elite team of industry veterans with deep ties to Springfield and the surrounding area. Paladin specializes in designing and servicing business solutions for the most challenging environments.

Donald “Donny” Mihalevich
Owner and C.E.O

A solutions-minded, performance-focused information technology expert with a unique ability to create effective strategies and optimize technology systems.dal for his service and leadership.

Donald “Donny” Mihalevich, Owner and C.E.O., is a solutions-minded, performance-focused information technology expert with a unique ability to create effective strategies and optimize technology systems. His dynamic and collaborative leadership style has enabled him to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. After nearly 20 years of specializing in office equipment and software in his hometown of Springfield, Missouri, he founded Paladin Managed Solutions, an authorized Konica Minolta dealer, that offers seamless integration of the highest quality office software products. Donny is proud to lead an experienced team and help their customers work smarter through innovative office solutions.

Donny enjoys spending time with his wife of 20+ years and son in his downtime. He is also a proud veteran of the United States Army, having served as UH-60 Blackhawk Pilot attached to   the 35th Infantry Division, 101st Airborne and 10th Mountain Division in Iraq and Afghanistan during the War on Terror. He was awarded the U.S. Army Air Medal, U.S. Army Meritorious Service Medal, and the U.S. Army Iraq Campaign Medal for his service and leadership.

Chief Operating Officer

Highly experienced executive with 38 years in the industry. He has held a variety of senior leadership and ownership positions, helping to drive new revenue streams, acquisitions, and high-performance sales teams.

Brian Peltier, Chief Operating Officer, is a highly experienced executive with 38 years in the industry. He has held a variety of senior leadership and ownership positions, helping to drive new revenue streams, acquisitions, and high-performance sales teams.

Brian holds a B.A. in Business/Marketing combined with an Associate Degree in Computer Programming from Missouri Southern State University. In his current role as C.O.O. at Paladin, Brian is responsible for the overall operational efficiency of the company and offers assistance when it comes to its sales processes. In his spare time, Brian enjoys fishing and playing golf.

Vicki Peltier
Director of Finance

Has eight years of industry experience and a vast amount of knowledge in office management, customer service, and accounting.

Vicki Peltier, Director of Finance, has eight years of industry experience and a vast amount of knowledge in office management, customer service, and accounting. Vicki is a Missouri Southern State University graduate as a Registered Dental Hygienist, and she practiced for 20 years before transitioning into her current career. She has since earned an Accounting and Business Management (A.A.S.) degree as well as the ProFinance 3.0 certification. When not at work, Vicki enjoys exploring nature through hiking and cherishes spending quality time with family, especially her grandkids!

Manages all aspects and levels of customer service for the company and has earned 5 Silver Seal Service Certification Awards and 2 Gold Seal Service Certifications from Konica Minolta Business Solutions.

Tony Luce, Director of Service, manages all aspects and levels of customer service for the company and has earned 5 Silver Seal Service Certification Awards and 2 Gold Seal Service Certifications from Konica Minolta Business Solutions. Tony is also Microsoft A+ and Net+ certified. He has been working in the office equipment and I.T. industry since 1987, and has a background in residential and commercial construction as well as automotive repair since he was 12 years old. In his free time, Tony enjoys immersing himself in computer gaming, simulations, tabletop miniature wargaming, and other hobbies.

Sales Manager

Duffy L’Huillier, Sales Manager,  is an experienced and passionate member of the Paladin team, dedicated to providing customers with exceptional value in their hardware and software solutions. With a P.H.D. in human interactions and behavior, a B.A. in Economics and History, as well as 50+ certifications in Leadership to Processes acquired over 30 years in the industry, Duffy is a powerhouse of knowledge and experience. Outside of work he enjoys activities such as gardening, white water rafting, beekeeping, and long drives across the country.

Dispatch and Finance is an enthusiastic and detail-oriented business professional. She holds an associate degree in applied science and accounting, graduating summa cum laude.

Coleen Cooper, Dispatch and Finance is an enthusiastic and detail-oriented business professional. She holds an associate degree in applied science and accounting, graduating summa cum laude. As part of the team at Paladin, Coleen plays an important role in customer service and administrative efforts by assisting customers with their service needs, billing questions, and managing software that determines supply needs.

Her commitment to excellence helps ensure the technicians have the right supplies necessary to provide top-notch customer service quickly and effectively. In her time away from work, she enjoys taking 6-mile hikes and spending quality time with her family.

Senior Service Technician

Is an exceptional team leader at Paladin, where he keeps operations on schedule and maintains equipment in the best way possible.

Andy H. Rappard, Senior Service Technician, is an exceptional team leader at Paladin, where he keeps operations on schedule and maintains equipment in the best way possible. His vast experience in the industry and certified expertise in Konica Minolta, H.P. Latex, Canon, Savin/Ricoh, Fiery, Franco Postalia postage machinery, Duplo folders and inserters, as well as Kyocera office equipment make him an invaluable asset to the company.

When he’s not attending to business matters for Paladin, Andy loves gaming with his console and shooting targets with his favorite .44 magnum. He is also an active volunteer with the Fraternal Order of Eagles, even serving as a state trustee in recent years.

Christopher Shelton
Logistics & Shop Technician

Integral to team Paladin. His duties include shipping and receiving, inventory management and assembly. He also programs new and refurbished machines and delivers toner and other parts when needed.

Christopher holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Evangel University and Konica Minolta’s Outward Master - Office Solutions Certification and Outward Expert - Network Certification.

As a fun fact, Christopher was born on Thanksgiving Day, which also happened to be his oldest sister’s 16th birthday! When he’s not hard at work, Christopher enjoys playing golf and bowling - he even has the credentials to prove it; he is a certified world food, Kansas City B.B.Q., and Steak Cookoff Association Judge.

In his free time, Matthew enjoys the outdoors, hanging out with friends, and doing home-lab IT work.
